
Mat pilates for beginners
Have you ever been curious about joining a Pilates class but are too shy or feel like you don’t know much about it? Us too! Join us as we explore mat Pilates together in a safe and non judgmental environment. This class is for everyone that wants to dip their toes or just hasn’t felt comfortable being in a large class setting. This class will be open to 8-10 girls max. We encourage and would actually prefer if you are trying Pilates for the first time! We want to learn together and grow together with you. After the 30 min Pilates class we will walk in the beautiful neighborhood of Lake Ridge in Cedar Hill. We’ll come back have lunch, mingle and shop before ending our class.

Dress code:
your cutest and most comfortable workout clothes. We’ve added outfit ideas in the picture section.
what you should bring:
- your fave water jug
- non slip socks
- Small weights (optional)
- scrunchie or headband
